Stress at work is something that we can not avoid when dealing with a job wether we work in an office, factory, field or at the institution. In order not to stress on the job we must have special tips that can be used as guidelines when we are conducting a job or tasks at office.  Mild stress is a good thing because it can provide motivation and make us strong in thinking. Meanwhile, if we experience excessive stress then it is not good and can make us depressed that can affect common sense and mind.
