Stay calm and keep to be polite. Deep in your heart assume that your current job is a gift then it will bring out your positive aura and make you more calm.

Always prepare yourself for the worst while working (suddenly called by the boss and get yelled again). But at the moment like these please remain relax and maintain your emotion.

Pointed out the problems and obstacles that make you uncomfortable to work especially because of his/her temper. If you dare to put those things forward then if your boss is a good boss, he/she will see you as different individual and a brave person.

If you do not see any good conclusion on the problems you are facing with the boss, ask to be transferred to another department but in the same company and do this after talking about the issue with your higher boss.

Last, if all the efforts you have done in solving your boss's temper fail, maybe it will be a good idea for you to start looking for another job opportunities in other companies and get ready to resign. Don't be afraid and stay confident.
