Kraepelin Psychotest is a form of psychological tests consisting of a group of numbers arranged inlongitudinal (top to bottom) in the form of lanes. These numbers should be added in accordance with the rules of the numbers from the above to below and write the results between the numbers that have been added. Kraepelin psychotest often used in the recruitment of employees to assess the personality, speed, accuracy, talent and endurance of work.

Rows of numbers from top to bottom or vice versa are summed and the results placed in the middle of the numbers which have been added.

In doing Kraepelin Psychotest there are some things that need to be observed to gain satisfactory results such as:
- Use durable pencil or a pen
- Listen to the instructions carefully and perform the test according to the rules
- Don’t do the test in a hurry because accuracy is required.
- Focus on the answer sheet and do not look to other Kraepelin Psychotest participants.
- Keep the concentration because there are so many numbers that shall be figured up.
